Consultation Clinic - An appointment with the FHCQ team

In-person and video-conference

Whether you want to discuss a financial, real estate, legal or association issue, we can answer your questions at the clinic. On-site or online, you can schedule a consultation with members of our team.

Shaping a new era - Forum for exchange and reflection

In person and by videoconference

What role can and will our movement play in the changing landscape? In preparation for the fall think tank, we invite you to take part in a great exchange of ideas on the challenges facing the cooperative housing sector. Sustainability of the park, autonomy of co-ops, preservation of affordability, development of the model, living together, good governance... There is no shortage of issues and you can enrich the collective reflection.

Valuing knowledge transfer - Creation workshop

In person

How can we make our cooperatives places of intergenerational collaboration where the knowledge and experience of our elders are transmitted to new generations? The creation workshop gives you the opportunity to contribute to this great collective project that aims at the inclusion and participation of all in the cooperatives.

Living together: issues and tools - Awareness workshop

In person

Communicating well is a great asset. In housing co-ops, this skill, which we can develop further, and the attitudes it implies, promote fruitful collaborations. These skills help limit misunderstandings that sometimes lead to conflict and loss of motivation. However, when a conflict emerges or degenerates, effective resolution strategies can be put in place. Mediation can be a preferred option in some of the more difficult circumstances.

This workshop will provide an overview of the issues to consider and the tools available from the FHCQ to help you maintain or regain harmonious and constructive relationships within your co-op.

Major Projects - Information Workshop

In Person

If you are planning to renovate your co-op, this information workshop will allow you to better understand each step of a major renovation project, from the preliminary stages to the completion of the work.

Saturday, May 28 - 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Lunch and Exhibitors' Lounge

Partners, guests, association committees and member services teams are on hand to answer your questions and provide you with a wealth of useful information. Saturday's lunch is included in your registration. You can indicate any special needs you may have when you register.
