FECHIMM offers its member co-operatives and their member tenants, free counseling assistance. During the week, you can usually get an answer to your questions within 48 hours. Please leave us a phone number where you can be reached during the day.

We answer your questions Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We will inform you on a variety of issues concerning community housing.
