Presentation of Reports - 7:30 p.m.

The presentation of the activity report, audit and budget forecast is on the program on Friday, May 27, 2022. This is your opportunity to get more information and answers to your questions about the Federation's 2021 review and any other topic of interest to your co-op.

Lucia Kowaluk Award Presentation and Opening Cocktail Reception - 9:15 p.m.

We invite you to greet the recipients of the first edition of the Lucia-Kowaluk Award, which will be presented to a cooperative that has distinguished itself for its commitment to the community. As tradition dictates, the evening will conclude with a cocktail party to which all are invited.

Saturday, May 28, 2022 - 9:15 a.m.

Current situation and action plans for 2022

Board Chair Julie Gonthier Brazeau and Executive Director Patrick Préville will present an analysis of the current situation for the FHCQ and the co-operative housing movement. Their presentation will include an overview of the main actions the Federation is taking to support its members in keeping with its mission and the democratic will of the members.

Processing of proposals - 9:45-10:45 a.m. and 2:00-3:00 p.m.

Your delegation to debate and vote on proposals submitted to the meeting by the Board of Directors and member cooperatives.

Workshops - 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

In addition to the meeting, we offer a choice of activities that will allow you to learn, inform yourself and exchange with other members of cooperatives. All workshops are offered in face-to-face mode. An activity will also be available in virtual mode for participants in videoconference.

Lunch and Exhibitors' Lounge - 12:30 pm to 2 pm

Partners, guests, association committees and member services teams will be on hand to answer your questions and provide you with a wealth of useful information. Saturday lunch is included in your registration. You can indicate any special needs you may have when you register.

Elections - 3:00 pm

The meeting will elect a new slate of Federation directors. Your co-op can submit nominations for the positions to be filled and your delegates will be able to exercise their right to vote.

Co-ops Speak Out - 3:45 p.m.

This time is available to participants. It gives you the opportunity to deliver messages of all kinds (invitation, presentation of a project or achievement, etc.).

Drawing and thanks - 4:15 p.m.

The FHCQ team will draw for door prizes and other prizes to be won in the Membership 2022 contest.
