WHO CAN REGISTER FOR THE FEDERATION'S AGM?
Only FHCQ-affiliated co-ops can participate in the General Assembly. Your co-op may be represented by its official delegation and by non-voting observers. Tenants who are not members of a co-op cannot attend the AGM.
YOUR DELEGATION
Your co-op is entitled to two (2) official delegates per fifty (50) member units up to a maximum of six (6) delegates.
However, only one (1) vote is allowed per fifty (50) units up to a maximum of three (3) votes.
Each delegate may exercise only one vote. Delegates of a member co-op are considered official upon presentation of a copy of the minutes of their board of directors or general meeting. Only delegates of a co-op are entitled to make proposals and vote at a general meeting.
