This workshop reviews the documents that members of the finance and secretariat committees need to produce in order for your auditing firm to do its job effectively. The workshop also answers technical questions about this fiscal year.

What is the purpose of your co-op's financial statements? How to interpret them? How do you analyze them? This workshop aims to familiarize you with these important documents and to identify the questions to expect from the board of directors and the accountant when presenting them at a general meeting.
Introduction to Mediation

This workshop is intended for all co-op members, but particularly for directors who are directly involved in conflict management. The presentation of the basic concepts as well as the tools and techniques of mediation intervention is on the program.
