Attend the 2022 annual meeting! You and your co-op could win one of five prizes that will be awarded.

2022 MEMBERSHIP CONTEST RULES
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The contest is reserved for housing cooperatives that are members of the Fédération de l'habitation coopérative du Québec (FHCQ) and have paid their membership dues for the year 2022, as well as their tenant members.
PARTICIPATION FORMS
Housing co-ops may accumulate up to a maximum of three entries by following the contest instructions.
DEADLINES
The deadline to enter the contest is May 20, 2022.
DESCRIPTION AND METHOD OF AWARDING PRIZES
All prizes will be awarded by random draw.
PRIZES TO BE WON
- $300 for the purchase of computer equipment
- $300 for the purchase of a barbecue
- $300 for the organization of a group activity
- $200 for gardening equipment
- $300 credit on a Federation invoice
- 4 cash prizes of $100
- 2 RONA gift cards worth $100
WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
There are three ways Co-ops can participate and have up to three opportunities to win a prize. Co-op members can participate by completing the survey and attending the 2022 AGM.
FIRST WAY TO PARTICIPATE
By paying their annual dues by January 10, 2022, co-ops will receive a ticket for the draw to win $300 for computer equipment, $300 for a barbecue and $200 for gardening equipment and supplies. The postmark will be proof of the co-op's eligibility for the draw.
SECOND WAY TO ENTER
By completing the online survey by February 4, co-op members will receive a ticket for a draw of four $100 cash awards. Survey participants' co-ops will be eligible for a draw of a $300 credit towards a group event.
THIRD WAY TO PARTICIPATE
Co-ops participating in the 2022 AGM will be eligible for a draw of a $300 credit towards a Federation invoice. Co-op representatives must be present at the time of the draw to win the prize.
Co-op delegates and observers at the 2022 AGM will be eligible to win two $100 RONA gift cards. They must be present at the time of the draw to win the prize.
DATE, PLACE AND TIME OF DRAW
May 28, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. at the 2022 AGM (hybrid mode, location TBD). The names of the co-ops and prize winners will be published on the fechimm.coop website. Winners will also be contacted by phone or email.
PRIZE CLAIMS
Prizes may be claimed at the CHFCQ office at 7000 Avenue du Parc, Suite 206, Montreal, Quebec H3X 1N1.
Co-ops that win cash prizes for computer equipment, barbecues, gardening equipment and group activities will receive their prizes upon presentation of invoices. No refunds for alcoholic beverages or cannabis will be given.
EXCLUSION
Cooperatives that have not paid their membership fees for the year 2022 at the time of the draw, as well as members of these cooperatives will be excluded.
IN CASE OF DISPUTE
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
TEST
In order to receive their prize, the winners will have to answer a calculation test.
