2021 membership contest

Early contribution

Pay your annual membership fees before January 11, 2021 and your co-op will be eligible for the draw of a credit for services offered by FHCQ-FECHIMM worth $500.

Data collection

Fill out the membership renewal form by April 20, 2021 for a chance to win $300 of down payment for the purchase of a computer device (computer or other).
Fill out the form online instead of the printed version and you become eligible to triple your chance of winning a prize.

Attendance at the AGM 2021

Your co-op could win $200 BMR or RONA Gift Certificate.
Individual delegates and observers from your co-op at the AGM 2021 could win a $100 BMR or RONA Gift Certificate.

RULES OF THE 2021 MEMBERSHIP CONTEST

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

The contest is open to housing co-operatives who are members of the Fédération de l'habitation coopérative du Québec (FHCQ-FECHIMM) and who have duly paid their membership fees for 2020 and have ensured that individual members are paid up as well.

ENTRY FORMS

Each co-operatives can accumulate up to a maximum of 5 contest entries by following the contest instructions.

DEADLINES

The deadline to enter the contest is April 20, 2021.

DESCRIPTION AND METHOD OF AWARDING THE PRIZES

All prizes will be awarded by random draw.

PRIZES TO BE WON

  • Credits on services offered by FHCQ-FECHIMM valued at $ 500
  • $ 300 for the purchase of computer equipment
  • BMR or RONA $ 200 gift card
  • BMR or RONA $ 100 gift card

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

There are three ways co-operatives can participate and get up to three chances to win a prize.
Individual cooperative members can participate by attending the AGM 2021.

FIRST WAY TO PARTICIPATE

By paying their annual membership fees before January 11, 2021, co-operatives will be eligible for the draw of a credit for services offered by FHCQ-FECHIMM worth $ 500. The postmark date will be proof of the co-operative's eligibility for the draw.

SECOND WAY TO PARTICIPATE

By filling out and returning the data collection form sent with the Membership Renewal Notice by April 20, 2021, co-operatives will be eligible for the draw of $300 for a down payment on the purchase of a computer device or equipment.

Cooperatives who fill the form online will get three tickets for the draw.

THIRD WAY TO PARTICIPATE

Co-ops participating in the 2021 AGM will be eligible to win a BMR or RONA $200 gift certificate. Representatives of the cooperative must be present at the time of the draw to win the prize.

Delegates and co-op observers at the AGA 2021 will be eligible to win a BMR or RONA $100 gift certificate. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win the prize.

DATE, PLACE, AND TIME OF THE DRAWS

(TO BE ANNOUNCED) at 2021 AGM. The names of the winning co-operatives and tenant member will be published on the fechimm.coop website. Winners will also be contacted by phone or email.
