Our coop

Founded in 1988, our cooperative is located at 600 Guy Street, in the Little Burgundy neighborhood (Sud-Ouest). The neighborhood is abundant in local services (grocery stores, pharmacies, a library, a sports center, performance venues, parks, and community gardens), and is an 8-minute walk from the Lucien-L'allier metro station (orange line) and a 14-minute walk from the Guy-Concordia station (green line).

We have 23 apartments, ranging from 4 1/2 (two private bedrooms) to 5 1/2 (three private bedrooms), and a shared interior courtyard. All apartments have a rear balcony.

Information for the candidates

Two 4.5-room apartments (first floor and basement) and one 5.5-room apartment (basement) are available as of December 1, 2025.

All apartments have recently been renovated (kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and heat pump installation).
