Information for the candidates

Coop Côté Cour is now celebrating its 40th anniversary. Situated in a beautiful, green setting in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal, the co-op comprises nearly thirty tenant-members who are actively involved in the cooperative project. The co-op consists of two buildings—located at 2101 and 2135 Gilford Street—positioned behind St-Pierre-Claver Elementary School.

Please note that applications are kept on file for one year. If you wish to keep your application active beyond that period, you will need to submit a new application form.

As soon as a unit becomes available, a selection process will begin; suitable candidates (based on unit size, number of occupants, co-op needs, etc.) will be contacted to arrange a viewing and a selection interview.
