Our coop

Founded in 1983 and a member of FÉCHIMM since 1990, the Coopérative d'habitation Pile ou face is located a few steps away from several parks, services and local businesses, such as Plaza St-Hubert, Jean-Talon market, Jean-Talon and Beaubien metro stations, Jarry park and the Marc-Favreau library.

The 3-story building has 9 units, including one 2 ½, six 3 ½ and two 4 ½. Members have a backyard and a beautiful garden in the front.

We invite our members to participate in the activities of the cooperative and to strengthen community life while respecting good neighbourliness and courtesy.
