Our coop

Built in 1985, the Objectif Chez Nous Housing Cooperative is located in the heart of Montréal’s Centre-Sud neighbourhood. It is within walking distance of the services and shops on Ontario Street, Lafontaine Park, Beaudry metro station, bus lines 125 (Ontario) and 24 (Sherbrooke), the Centre-Sud Sports and Community Association, and the Grande Bibliothèque de Montréal (BAnQ).

The coop consists of six apartments (5½) spread across two adjoining triplex buildings. Members have access to a large, tree-lined and peaceful courtyard, as well as a parking area adjacent to the building.

Information for the candidates

All units are currently occupied. However, you are welcome to submit an application. Please note that applications will be kept on file for one year only, after which they will be destroyed.

In your application, tell us about yourself! More specifically, please explain:
- your motivation for becoming involved in a housing cooperative;
- your experience in cooperative and/or community settings that may be relevant to life in a housing coop;
- the skills you could contribute to our community;
- the composition of your household.
