Goal and Mission
La Maison Coopérative is a collective non-profit housing enterprise that provides educational, recreational and social services.
The co-operative aims at the participation of the members in its operation, it promotes the physical, cultural and well being of its members.
Community housing is particularly suitable for low- and middle-income clientele.
The co-operative adopts internal regulations to promote good communal and democratic operation.

The rent includes all municipal and school taxes, electricity (heating, hot water and lighting), cable TV (basic service) and reserved parking.
Information for the candidates
Becoming a resident member requires a number of steps, including:
- Be 55 and older
- Take a guided tour
- Apply for registration and pay $ 10 (non-refundable) for administration fees
- Be accepted by the selection committee
- When a unit becomes available, the non-member must meets the conditions of autonomy and solvency to becomes a resident member
- By signing a lease and a member contract
- By paying $ 200 for 20 shares of $ 10
