Information for the candidates

A subsidized 4 ½ unit is available for rent, suitable for a family of 2 to 3 people in Saint-Michel.

The rent corresponds to 25% of the household income.

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
• Have a total gross household income of $46,000 or less, according to the 2024 Quebec Notice of Assessment (the income of a adult child who is full-time student is not considered);
• Have attended an information session on the cooperative housing model.
