Our coop

This housing co-operative was officially opened in October 1993 and serves senior citizens of the greater Montreal area, most of whom speak the German language as their mother tongue.

The building is located in central Dorval close to shopping and transportation and has enjoyed full occupancy since it's opening.

All apartments house senior residents ranging in age from 55 to 98.
