Pay your annual membership fees before January 11, 2019 for a chance to win one of two $ 250 prizes to spend with partners from the AVANTAGES COOP program.
Data collection
- Fill out the data collection form by April 26 for a chance to win $ 300 to organize an activity in your co-operative.
- Fill out the online form instead of the printed version and you become eligible for the draw of 2 $100 BMR gift cards.
RULES OF THE 2019 MEMBERSHIP CONTEST
PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The contest is addressed to housing co-operatives members of the Fédération des coopératives d’habitation intermunicipale du Montréal métropolitain (FECHIMM) that have paid their membership fees for 2019.
ENTRY FORMS
Co-operatives can accumulate up to a maximum of 3 entries by following the contest instructions.
DEADLINES
The deadline to enter the contest is April 26, 2019.
DESCRIPTION AND METHOD OF AWARDING THE PRIZES
All prizes will be awarded by random draw.
PRIZES TO BE WON
- Two credits of $250 to purchase products and services from our partners of the AVANTAGES COOP program
- $300 to organize an activity in a housing co-operative
- TwoBMR gift cards valued at $100 each
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
There are three ways co-operatives can participate and get up to three chances to win a prize.
- FIRST WAY TO PARTICIPATE
By paying their annual membership fees before January 11, 2019, co-operatives will receive an entry form for the draw of the two $ 250 credits to purchase products and services from our partners of the AVANTAGES COOP program at the 2019 AGM. The postmark date will be proof of the co-operative's eligibility for the draw.
- SECOND WAY TO PARTICIPATE
By filling out and returning the Data collection form sent with the Membership Renewal Notice or the online form to fechimm.coop/donnees2019 by April 26, 2018, co-operatives will be eligible for the draw of $ 300 at the 2019 AGM for the organization of an activity.
- THIRD WAY TO PARTICIPATE
By filling out the online data collection form by April 26, 2018, co-ops will be eligible to win two BMR Gift Cards valued at $100.
DATE, PLACE, AND TIME OF THE DRAWS
April 27, 2019, at 2019 AGM at 4 pm (location to be determined). The names of the winning co-operatives will be published on the fechimm.coop website. Winners will also be contacted by phone or email.
TO CLAIM THE PRIZES
Prizes will be available at FECHIMM at 7000, ParcAV., Suite 206, Montreal, Quebec (H3X 1N1)
The co-operatives that will win a $250 credit to purchase products and services from our partners of the AVANTAGES COOP program, will get their prize upon presentation of invoices.
A cheque will be issued to the order of the co-operative that will win $300 for the organization of an activity.
EXCLUSION
The co-operatives that have not paid their membership fees for 2019 at the time of the draw will be excluded.
IN THE CASE OF DISPUTE
A dispute concerning the organization or how a publicity contest was conducted may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux to be settled. Any dispute concerning the award of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach an agreement.
TEST
To receive their prize, the winners will have to answer a math question.
