Our coop

We are a nice little COOP of 18 apartments (16 3 1/2 and 2 4 1/2) located a stone’s throw from the metro Crémazie.

Living in a small coop on a human scale is great but requires at the same time, a great investment of time.

One of our 3 1/2 will be available soon (September 2024) and the person we are looking for must have a manager profile, financial experience and a keen desire to participate.
