Our coop

Located in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles, a few steps away from the Place-de-Arts metro station, our cooperative is a privileged place close to all the downtown attractions: festivals, Saint-Laurent Boulevard, Mount Royal and its parks, Chinatown, Old Montreal and its waterfront, and much more!

Our cooperative has 47 units for members. All our buildings are located on Jeanne-Mance Street and are adjacent to each other. All of the co-op's yards and gardens are accessible to members. We have private parking spaces for which a member discount can be applied.

We do not have any units adapted for people with reduced mobility. We accept pets (2 cats and 1 dog). Our buildings are non-smoking.
